I am not a radical. I merely pursue causes that someone would have pursued 40 years ago... nothing new.
healthy psychologies in families especially after rumpus... keeping environments unpolluted... and a few others similarly quite quite old hat... indeed my whole life has been about KEEPING to sane decent things we knew of in the 80s for the 'common good'... i was a selfish self obsessed twat in my own 20s but saw the light when i spent time from age 30 with someone else's beautiful infants for a few years..
and i knew...or discovered...once they get to about 5 and you have done phase 1 ish of the lifelong job... then you look at them thinking " well for her sake i really MUST take part or take life seriously.... and just get involved a bit at protecting her society her planet etc..." which doesnt stop when they leave the nest...if one is lucky it keeps you going for... the rest of life.
She needs to see good role models... i know few.... and that is my only real cause for some years - finding them to bolster them into their causes - even if just a book.... or maybe podcast or just making one truth talking video... to show the next generation how to maybe better be... it worked for me - i looked out for great role models in the culture when i was a young adult - there were a fair few pretenders even then but one of a few examples Dith Prahn really did change my life - made me humble in a good way " i could never be as brave and wily as that little brown man"... but then commeth the day... he was sill inside me ... and i needed to find my Inner Dith just a little...or roll over and die those are the only two choices...
99.9% in this land seem to not even know of the first...

all came about not by vudu 'magic' nor getting a half sane lawyer to speak at the Appeal Court (my words i wrote in over two years before that showbiz moment) but by three years of PR behind the 'scenes'.
Quite alone, often in fact at great risk to self... with extremely limited resources - as a single parent living in happy penury atop a Mountain with only kid and not even usable internet as we were 5 miles from the phone exchange in the hills with old broken copper wiring

But above all... this whole (public) matter began in May 2003... (though 9 months of absurd vindictive failed legal attack on me already had began HOWEVER it was so pathetically managed by authority - to my horror - i though 'law' stood for something) here is the absolute key moment behind it all which still applies today (for next generations of cause fighters).
PR... getting out ba true story and telling it well.
Most might be able to internalise a simple (no one's 'fault') bizarre chain of events that had me in a gaolhouse 2003... as i hadnt even had a parking ticket many years had this matter been in Uk it would have got immediate bail..(while it was sorted out in civil courts) i just happened to be on one of MANY trips abroad in a country - Portugal, which didn't give bail to anyone - they didnt really have it...
Irrelevant. BUT..
The law of UK is if there are any formal proceedings against you - even for a parking ticket you are fighting in court... the citizen is NOT allowed to comment in public (nor the media). If you do you break contempt law. Very serious...
(unlike America where almost any comment is allowed in public - there is a limit but the bar is set very high).
Never having even considered calling a newspaper in my whole life in may 2003 from a dingy gaolhouse i put in my first call to the press. Try and get the 'story' out....last resort (all lawyers thieves who had stolen my cash - taken payments over the phone in England and...and done nothing)
But by a quirk - Portuguese authorities didn't wish to hold me...(were almost laughing when i met detectives.. very friendly to me in person) . only some rather dubious local (Wales) police insisted they wished..(i know not what)...
BUT because i was not on UK soil i could legally speak out about an only UK legal proceedings against me... a 'warrant' issued. I doubt anyone has ever done so or if so we are an extreme minority...
had i ben in UK it would have been off to the High Court for contempt - very serious... up to 2 years gaol (with NO half time contempt law if very brutal in that respect...i.e. equivalent of 4 years)
So i may be one of the only people ever in UK having had a warrant put out...i still was going to the press regularly (they came to see me in Portugal from UK with a camera crew)
SO... PR...
even if i was told by top legal man " if you make the choice to carry on speaking out they WILL CRUCIFY you when you return to UK....[ not with contempt law as i was abroad but by other methods knives in back].."

the best scariest horrifying stupid decision i ever made in my life....except to want a child in the first place.
But then began a year or more (even if kid won back immediately - and that is impossible in 'law'.. but the first judge already had thoroughly enjoyed my true real PR !!! ) of PR... faxin OUR stories... me many a day faxin half the day... use STORIES to reach the hearts and minds (ok most dont have them) of top judges and establishment power people and media gateposts...
PR = show your backbone, intelligence (i wasn't that smart )...and passion....
